Help Sarah Beat Leukemia
Sarah is a bright, energetic 8-year-old who loves drawing, playing with her friends, and dreams of becoming a doctor someday. Six months ago, her parents noticed unusual bruising on her body and she was constantly tired. After multiple tests, Sarah was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
The diagnosis devastated her family. Sarah's parents, both hardworking teachers, have health insurance, but it only covers a portion of the bone marrow transplant she urgently needs. The family has already spent their savings on initial treatments and consultations with specialists.
Sarah has been incredibly brave throughout her chemotherapy, but her doctors have determined that a bone marrow transplant is her best chance for long-term survival. Fortunately, her younger brother is a match, but the procedure, hospital stay, and follow-up care will cost approximately $50,000 beyond what insurance will cover.
Your donation will help Sarah get the life-saving treatment she needs. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings this family closer to giving their daughter a fighting chance. Sarah still has so many drawings to create and dreams to fulfill. Let's help her get there.
